Our sauces are prepared in a facility that also processes nuts, diary and soy.
Ingredients: onion, water, vinegar, non-GMO vegetable oil, tomato paste, fresh garlic, coriander, fresh ginger, salt, chili pepper flakes, cumin, ground chili, black mustard seed, mustard seed, turmeric, ground black pepper, paprika, ground ginger, fenugreek, black peppercorns, ground cardamom, whole cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom seed.
Lightly sear 1+ pounds of meat (beef, chicken or lamb) in a little oil; add contents of jar, simmer 5 minutes on medium heat, add 1/2 jar water and simmer on low heat until meat is cooked. Add more water as needed throughout cooking. Add chopped vegetables of choice (carrots, potatoes, peas, etc.) towards end of cooking. For variation, or to reduce spiciness, add plain yogurt or coconut milk instead of water. Serve with a yogurt-based drink or side dish. Serves 4.
Pour over or serve as a dip for chicken wings. Put a new spin on Mexican-style chile. Use instead of salsa. Blend with cream cheese and spread on crackers & flat breads. For hotter palettes, use in place of Classic Punjabi Masala.
