Our sauces are prepared in a facility that also processes nuts, diary and soy.
Ingredients: Non-GMO vegetable oil, salt, vinegar, water, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, annatto, ground coriander, ground cumin, paprika, garam masala (coriander, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, cardamom, bay leaf, nutmeg) ground black pepper, lemon juice concentrate, mango powder, chili pepper.
Mix 2 rounded tablespoons Tandoori with 1/2 cup quality plain yogurt, pour over 1+ pound meat, chicken or seafood. Slash or puncture meat or chicken to permeate. Marinate at least 1-2 hours or overnight in the fridge. Broil, grill or bake uncovered at 350 °F until done. Baste with reserve marinade. To adjust spiciness, add more or less Tandoori to taste. Serves 4 - 6.
Use sparingly as a grilling sauce or mix with a little water. Mix a small amount with mayonnaise or oil and vinegar for a fabulous salad dressing (also makes an awesome marinated salad!) Mix with ground beef for scrumptious meat balls or burgers. Mix with yogurt or sour cream for a delicious dip.
