Tandoori Party Wings
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs Chicken Party Wings
- 1 Tablespoon Tandoori Paste
- 3 Tablespoons Oil (divided)
A fantastic dish for potlucks or a yummy side!
Instructions:
- In a large bowl add a tablespoon of oil and the tablespoon of tandoori paste mix thoroughly.
- Add the chicken wings and make sure all sides are coated, refrigerate for 30 min.-24 hrs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Heat a pan and add 2 Tablespoon oil til hot (I like using a cast iron pan at this time)
- Add the wings to the hot pan and sear both sides
- Put wings into oven safe container and put in oven (If you are using a cast iron pan, put straight into oven)
- Bake until done about 15-20 minutes
- Check with a meat thermometer to make sure your chicken is cooked to 165 degrees or above
Pair the wings with Butter Chicken Masala and use it as a dipping sauce
