Tandoori Party Wings


  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Party Wings
  • 1 Tablespoon Tandoori Paste
  • 3 Tablespoons Oil (divided)

A fantastic dish for potlucks or a yummy side!




  1. In a large bowl add a tablespoon of oil and the tablespoon of tandoori paste mix thoroughly.
  2. Add the chicken wings and make sure all sides are coated, refrigerate for 30 min.-24 hrs
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  4. Heat a pan and add 2 Tablespoon oil til hot (I like using a cast iron pan at this time)
  5. Add the wings to the hot pan and sear both sides
  6. Put wings into oven safe container and put in oven (If you are using a cast iron pan, put straight into oven)
  7. Bake until done about 15-20 minutes
  8. Check with a meat thermometer to make sure your chicken is cooked to 165 degrees or above

Pair the wings with Butter Chicken Masala and use it as a dipping sauce
